相信英文书的格式 （转截） 英文书信是一种常用的应用文体，一般由五组成；1、信头（Heading） 指发信人的名称(公司名称)、地址信息日期，一般写在信具的右上角。

[4] to stay ones hunger是地道的英语，学生们通常会对这种使用方法感到惊讶。“果腹”不必称为to fill ones hunger，这里必须采用这样的说法。
[5] a little token of esteem 当时钱钟书还给了林书武一些英文报刊杂志。
[6] to be worth ing接收形容词的方式表明值得坚持...这里的is worth glancing at，值得一看。注：跟着to be worthy的差异：to be worthy of something 应该得到一些东西；to be worthy to do sth 一定要做点什么。使用齐头式，即每一行都要从左边最高写道。大多数商务信件都是齐尾写的。5、结语 在文章正文下方的一行和二行，从信封的中间逐渐偏右。第一个词应该用英语大写，句子末尾应该用分号。对象不同，结语的写作也不同。
总的来说，钱钟书的三封英语信是宝贵的学习材料。除了它的思想内涵，单就英语写作技巧而言，还有很多地区值得我们学习。以下仅明确提出两点：1、这三封信的语法变化丰富多彩，相邻的句型绝对不同。复合句、复杂句、状语从句、非彻底句等，变化无常，多在墙上观察。钱钟书的英文信，颇有灵性，英文信件收件人的文件格式。
2、flannel和butter等常用同义词是措辞的特征之一; sin 和crime; 词汇的组合非常正宗，如“如腹”、“值得一看”等英语关系，都是不可替代的。
